Welcome to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Boise Affiliate blog. This is an exciting time for everyone - especially with the 2009 Race for the Cure is right around the corner. Plus our new website is up and running, offering an interactive online resource with the most up-to-date local and national information on our programs.
As we move forward we look to you, our constituents, to tell us what you want to talk about. Whether you have questions about where to seek out funds for screenings or you want to learn more about the latest breast cancer treatment, we want komenboise.org to be the best resource for the community.
We have two events coming up - the 2009 Team and Race Volunteer Kickoff at See Jane Run on February 18th and the 2009 Champagne and Tulips: Fashions for a Cure fashion show on March 14th at Edwards Greenhouse. We hope to see you!
